SCPA Governance

As a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation, SCPA is managed by a board of seven, who serve staggered three-year terms. Regular board meetings are held at 6 pm on the second Wednesday of the third month of every quarter at the Angler Mountain Ranch Yacht Club.  Meeting minutes can be accessed here:

We thank John Ricollo for his service as a founding board member of SCPA. John is an attorney and helped greatly with our legal set-up and insurance. He rolled off the board at the end of a one-year term.
